Bert Barr and his group is a Northwest jazz institution. Uptown Lowdown Jazz Band is structured on the San Franciscan Style in the Turk Murphy/Lu Watters tradition. Turk's Philosophy was simple: "Play one the audience wants to hear and then play one that you think they should hear."

Founded in 1983, Electric Park Jazz Band is named after the old Electrical Park that powered Aberdeen. It closed in the 50's and was replaced by the present day PUD. The band has performed at 18 out of 20 Rain or Shine Jazz Festivals, co-hosting with Hume Street Preservation Jazz Band.

Black Swan is a fun, artistic group that specializes in Dixieland, early jazz styles, ragtime and old-time gospel. The band loves the hot jazz music of the 1920s and features the sizzling talents of vocalist Marilyn Keller . The ensemble also sports top-notch trumpet, clarinet, trombone, tuba, piano, banjo and drum instrumentalists.

A truly “co-ed” group, Calamity Jazz boasts a harmonious blend of four men and four women; an almost unheard-of mixture within their genre of music.  Their individual skills have landed them everything from roles in major motion pictures to engagements with notables such as Tony Bennett, Tex Beneke, Dionne Warwick, the Cab Calloway Orchestra, Big Tiny Little, Harry James and many, many others.
